Chronic Subdural Hematoma
Radiographic appearance, hypodense crescent of fluid between brain and dura with mass effect.
Treatment is usually surgical, draining the liquid clot via burr holes, irrigation and catheter drainage.
Most patients make excellent recovery unless elevated ICP leads to secondary injury or herniation.
