The most popular book for boards review. A good book, but might be a little sparse on info for those who want something to complement their coursework. Most students don't use anything but the notes for this course or for the psychiatry organ system of the second year, but almost everyone buys this book for board review.
Although BRS is better for boards review, it lacks much of the material that
is contained in this book. NMS contains almost all of the material covered in
both first year Psych courses and in the second year psychiatry organ system.
Buy this if you want something more extensive than BRS.
