This is the course that many students put off until the last minute, much like embryology Block I. Don't do this if you can help it; immunology shows up again and again in organ systems and is a significant part of the boards some years. The course exams have in the past been heavily weighted towards immunologic diseases. If you attend class and read the syllabus, you won't need to buy a book for this course.
